Gregor is the company principal and specialises in complex mortgages, bridging, equity release, commercial finance and helping clients to protect not only themselves but also their families, homes and businesses.
When out of the office, Gregor loves being in the mountains on his bike or skis, or walking with his spaniel. He also follows Edinburgh Rugby and the Scotland team #AsOne

Abi is often commended on her excellent knowledge of the mortgage market, very good listening and interpersonal skills, and high quality, customer focused approach. Outside of work, Abi enjoys reading, socialising, snowboarding and long walks with her husband and dog.

Andrew is based in Perthshire.  He has a detailed knowledge and experience of bridging finance, Buy to Let and specialist lending. He worked as a Mortgage Broker for a number of years before moving to a Business Development role for a mortgage lender so he brings a wealth of experience for our clients. His ”Can Do” is a real asset to the team.

Over the years Nicola has helped many clients get on the property ladder, move to their dream home and through building a relationship with her clients keep in touch with them on a regular basis to ensure they are on the best rates by remortgaging when their current rate ends. For her later life lending clients, she helps them to use some of the wealth from their home for many things such as home improvements, paying off existing mortgages, clearing debts, dream holidays, second homes, school fees and helping with their children’s house deposits. The list goes on.

Karen recently won the award for Best New Advisor in the UK. Her bubbly personality matched with her knowledge of mortgage and insurance and her dedication to customer service means she is a fab broker. When not working Karen loves spending time with friends, family and is particularly busy with her young daughter.

Sean’s strong interpersonal and communication skills, pragmatism and a great sense of humour make him a great adviser. These skills were developed in his previous corporate hospitality career.
He is CeMAP and equity release qualified and working towards full competence as a mortgage and protection broker. Based in Perthshire, he serves clients across the UK and Europe. When he’s not in the office, Sean loves to cook, garden and explore the wilderness of Scotland, and is an avid traveller.

Sam has over 20 years’ worth of experience working with mortgages, having worked for Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group (Bank of Scotland and Scottish Widows Bank), gaining expertise in all aspects of the mortgages process. Sam moved to a mortgage and protection advisor role in 2020 having completed 3 years of advisor training and mentoring. Sam is currently studying for her Chartered Bankers Institute diploma having gained her CeMap qualifications with the Institute. Sam enjoys days out with her family, especially the beach, visiting Northumberland regularly. She also supports her local football team (guess which one) and regularly attends games with her family.

Sunny works hard to ensure that you get the best mortgage deal on the market. He liaises with the clients, lenders, solicitors, surveyors and makes sure that the cases progress speedily, while making sure that everyone is kept informed. Outside the office, he likes playing 5-a-side and supporting his beloved football teams. Sunny also likes cars and enjoys socialising.

I started out in 2002 working as a negotiator within a busy estate agency sales team. After 10 years, I became a qualified Mortgage and Protection adviser. I now work on behalf of my client with Estate Agencies, assisting clients through the house purchase journey from start to finish, removing any stress along the way. It’s important to me to be part of that journey so that my clients feel supported. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, taking my 2 French Bulldogs out for walks.

Melanie enjoys playing squash and running, nature walks and camping with her family. Creative fun with her little girl, having friends for dinner and a bit of gardening.

Zakiyyah was born and bred in Manchester. After achieving her fast track Law Degree eight years ago, she moved to the beautiful city of Edinburgh. She has previous experience within the financial sector and in sales. Her ability to build strong relationships and her passion to deliver an award-winning experience gives her job satisfaction and benefits our clients. Outside the office, Zakiyyah and enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new places to hike and a treat is to go shopping shopping shopping!

In her spare time, Susana enjoys travelling around the world visiting different countries and discovering new cultures. Also she loves socializing, going out with friends and meeting new people. She tries to have a healthy lifestyle despite sports aren’t her greatest passion.

Bear has 7+ years experience in creating a postive environment, providing support to staff and ensuring a relaxed atmosphere for all. In addition Bear is responsible for collecting and distributing of all mail. Bear will likely greet you with his favourite orange ball and a waggy tail.
